1. Description of avocado processing line Fresh avocado can be processed to avocado jams, puree, juices, oil, etc; The avocado processing includes washing and sorting system，peeling and pitting system, pulping and refining system, puree decanter centrifuge separator system, cold avocado oil extraction system, puree/juice pasteurizer system, evaporating system, sterilizing system and aseptic filling system. Avocado processing line capacity is from 10 tons/day-500tons/day. Avocado pulp content: about 75% (25% for fruit peels and cores for the waste) Raw material solid content: 6-12Brix, Final concentrated juice concentration: 30-36Brix. 2.
