1. The Aseptic Bag-in-Box Filling Machine is suitable for aseptic filling of fruit and vegetable juice, jam, paste, puree or concentrated products, dairy products and other viscous fluids. The packaging bag is made of aluminum-plastic composite aseptic bag (50~1000L), which can effectively block sunlight and oxygen; and extend product shelf life maximum.

2. The aseptic bag filling machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The core components are customized by engineers according to your needs, such as the filling and sealing valve, aseptic valve group, the manufacturing of vulnerable seals, and the programming of operation control system.

3. The main parts are made of high quality brands at home and abroad, such as flowmeter from Cologne, transformer from Delixi, PLC program control from Siemens and electric control components from Schneider, etc

l The aseptic filler mainly consists of aseptic filling head, metering system, roller conveyor system, man-machine interface, PLC control system and operation platform.
