Fruit Destoner is a new type of nucleating and separating beater for stone fruits. The nucleating effect, beating technology and product quality are of international leading level.
Our Fruit Destoner Machine is especially designed for mango, passion fruit, peach, apricot and other hard core fruit. The Fruit Destoner Machine can be used to separate and process the core and flesh separately, and is often used in the production line for the deep processing of hard core fruits.
In the main chamber of the core-removing machine, the fruit is crushed into particles by centrifuge and discharged from the sieve hole, and the core and peel residue are discharged from the discharge port.
The Fruit Destoner provided by Lazen Machinery can complete the integration of skin dregs and seed juice, as well as the separation of skin dregs and seed juice. Passion fruit, for example, our fruit destoner can achieve the integration of juice seeds, or the separation of juice seeds from two processes to meet different requirements.
