Description of tubular sterilizer
The tubular sterilizer is widely suitable for sterilization of product of low viscosity such as fruit and vegetable juice, juice drinks, tea beverage, milk, neutral plant protein beverage and soup. After the product is sterilized and cooled by the equipment, the purpose of prolonging its shelf life can be realized. The sterilizing time, temperature can be designed according to customers' different process requirements.
It composed of product buffer section, preheating section, holding section, cooling section, steam proportional adjustment section, hot water section, CIP cleaning section and automatic control section; the product pipe adopts flanged connection at the temperature rising, holding, cooling sections, it is provided with steam protection function to ensure that the materials are safe and sterile.
Features of tubular sterilizer
1. It is made of high quality SUS304 or 316L stainless steel except the motor, electrical appliance and soft connections.
2. With its built-in SIP/CIP system, it can realize synchronous CIP/SIP with the aseptic filling machine.
3. The key connection points are all provided with steam protection devices to ensure that the product are always in a sterile environment.
4. Independent control cabinet, human-machine interface PLC control, one-key start after parameter setting, convenient operation.
5. With its built-in heat recovery system, it can save energy by more than 30% compared with other equipment of its kind in the industry.
