The filter is composed of two cylindrical cylinders and connecting pipelines. The filter inner and outer surfaces are polished. The filter cylinder is equipped with a stainless steel filter screen. An air release valve is installed on the top to discharge the air in the filter cartridge during filtration.

The sanitary double filter is made of SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel. The inner cylinder is stainless steel punched and formed filter cylinder. It is tightly fitted with a wire mesh structure and is lively connected, which is easy to disassemble and clean.
Two filter cartridges can be filtered simultaneously or alternately. In the non-stop state, the filter screen can be cleaned and replaced after the valve is switched. It is especially suitable for continuous production.
When filtering, the material liquid enters the filter from the feed port through a pump, and after filtering through a filter screen or a filter cloth, the material liquid flows out of the discharge port. The particulate impurities are trapped in the filter.
The filter and the pipeline are connected by a live connection or a clamp, and the inlet and outlet valves are activated and closed by a sanitary butterfly valve, which is pressure-resistant and temperature-resistant, and the operation is flexible and convenient. No liquid leakage and high hygienic.
The filter installed ahead of the sterilizer, it has the function of protecting the sterilizer and extends the shelf life of the sterilizer.
For different material and requirements, the filter precision is 40-400 mesh available.
